it takes sb.+时间+ to do是常见句型..意思是：某人花了多少时间做某事
spend + time + on sth/ in doing sth.主语必须是sb.某人花时间做某事
sth cost sb.+ money.

省略掉了 完整讲法是 it only takes you five minutes to go there on foot.

同学，这个句子里的on 是跟foot一起是固定搭配。题目的意思是步行只花了5分钟。而且是用it做形式主语的 所以选take 因为take的用法就是 it +take +somebody +some time to do something的结构。spend的主语是人 somebody spend some time on sth 或者in doing sth
cost一般指钱 花钱 sth...
