what is your idea of a good university teacher?

In my opinion,a good university teacher must be a responsible person.He/she also needs to be hardworking because he/she has to prepare well before they start to teach.Next,the teacher must have patience when he/she is teaching.By this,the student who cannot understand the teaching well can be helped by him/her.Besides,a good university teacher needs to be well educated and has a lot of knowledge of his/her teaching's field.Only then the teacher can gives the most appropriate knowledge and informations for students.Then,the teacher has to be faith on time.He/she cannot lates to the class.Finally,a good university teacher also needs to be friendly.Or else,students will stay away from the teacher and not willing to ask questions whenever they do not understand somethings.
