2） a opportunity 应为 an opportunity,冠词错误；
3) 最后的引语加引号.
4) face ... and say 典型的中式英文
所以,全句应为：
If god were willing to give me an opportunity, I could say to all people: "I'm sorry!"

有如下几个错误
第一 willing 后面要加 to,固定短语be willing to do sth
第二 应该是an opportunity 不是a opportunity
第三 如果是用say的话就是对的
正确的句子应该是"If God was willing to give me an opportunity, I could face everyone and say, I'm sorry."
