基本上我不认为薪水压力这些东西应该写在辞职信里,虽然你可以和老板面谈的时候说.基本上这就是一个给大家台阶下的东西,虚伪也是必要滴...Dear Mr XX,I am sorry to tell you that I have decided to resign from the company after XX years' work with you.This is a very difficult dicision for me; however,after careful consideration of my future career I choose to join a newly started US company as a Purchasing manager.I have learnt a lot from you during the past few years and I really appreciate all your help and support.Nevertheless,I think it is the time for me to switch to a more challenging role.The US firm,although much smaller,could provide me more opportunities and flexibility in my career.I am sorry if I have let you down by leaving at such a time,but I hope you could understand my decision.I sincerely wish you and the company all the best and let's keep in touch.Regards XX.
