me 应该为 my proposal
2、relinquish the affection,放弃追求
3、Which is the impasse of the love.

时态要一致啊。..
之前是现在时态...
是AFFECTION不是AFFEVTION:)
就是说他只好不爱她了。..

会不会是最后一句"because that was the impasse of the love." 的love前面不需要"the"?
i.e. "because that was the impasse of love"
