选c.if only 意思是:要是...就好了,与IF区别非常大.常见用于If only one had an unlimited supply of money!
要是财源不断就好了!
If only it clears up,we'll go.
只要天一放晴,我们就去.
而on contition that==if,意思是如果.如
I'll come on condition that John is invited too.
如果约翰也受到邀请,我就来.
I will go abroad on condition that my husband goes with me.
如果我丈夫能和我一起去,我就出国.

if only和if 的用法是一样的:If only 表示虚拟语气，如 If only I were you!如果我是你. If only (expressing a strong wish表示强烈的愿望)但愿，真希望，只要...就好了
C的话，on the condition 前面一般会有定冠词
