虽然to do有表将来的含义但是这里是FIND SB.TO DO的不定式,是固定搭配的不定式
进行时强调事情一直进行,这里就变成了FIND SB,DOING 而进行时又有主动的含义.

我觉得你的答案是对的，原来是错的，因为主动语态一般就是find sb do/doing sth，变被动也不会有 to be done 的，除非想表示“将要被包围”
