英语定语从句：In the room ______ the computer are kept ,there must

我一直觉得这句话有些怪,我在想这句话到底是不是定语从句.后来我似乎想通了,这不像是定语从句,因为它好像只是把状语提前了,即原句应该是 the computer are kept In the room,there must be no dust at all.但我实在不知要填什么.
依小弟愚见,如果这句是定语从句,前面应该还有什么,比如He likes sitting in the room where the computer are kept ,there must be no dust at all.这样才对,所以我不敢妄下结论
