你的句子不够英语化,而被推荐的答案文法亦不对,.my grandmothare and I are in one family 一连有两个动词 "are"
应该是:My father,my mother,my grandmother and I are one family.
翻译为:我的爸爸,妈妈,祖母和我是一家人.要注意的是:不须要用 "in" !

两句写法的语法都不对。are in family = 是在家庭里；加上前文，你可知翻译後是不对的。 are in the family = 是在这个家庭里；翻译後亦是不对的。用 "one" 的原因是强调是 "一" 家人的写法。

Myfather ,my mother,my grandmother and I are in the family. 因为已有前文，所以这个表达是对的。 I and my father and my mother and my grandmother in family. 这一句的表达法明显是错的，若把它翻译成中文: 我和我的爸爸和我的妈妈和我的祖母在家庭里。一读即知只有刚学说话的婴孩才会这样说的。 My father, my mother, my grandmother and I are in family. 这一句少了一个介词 "the"在 family 的前面。
