"这句话中的with reason是一个词组,相当于一个副词的作用,表示有理由的,用来修饰complain,而that引导的是一个从句,做complain的宾语
句子的结构应该是complain that..."
另外,如果用了定冠词the,那么,the reason that...就变成的宾语从句,意义就截然相反了.
