How to keep healthy has become a very popular issue in our daily life.And my opinions are as follow
Firstly,going on a good diet is the most important.Eating vegetables and eggs and drinking milk every day are of great benifit to our health.Meanwile,limiting the amount of the food that we eat can also do ggod to our health and figure.
Secondly,we should do some sports often,which will make us energetic and happy,as an old saying goes:"Happiness is our health".
Thirdly,periodic physical examination is necessary for us to have a good command of our health conditin,which enable us to find out and to solve our health prblems
