A holder in due course is the person who is in possession of an instrument that is complete and regular on its face,taken before maturity without notice of its previous dishonour,taken in good faith and for value and taken without notice of any infirmity in the instrument or defect in the title of the person negotiating it.He is also called a bona —— fide holder,who may claim payment from all parties liable on the instrument.
