(1)have problem to do sth.是有问题要解决的意思,而finding,是省略了介词(in)
(2)make sth done这一机构中，sth.是make的宾语，而宾语补足语done和宾语sth.之间是被动关系，所以用过去分词，表示被动。make sb done这一结构中的sb只能是反身代词oneself或其复数。
