MIDEA set up air-conditioning Division in 1997 made its national market rises from the seventh to the second and still keep developing in a high growth and profitability.MIDEA adopt classical marketing channel structure,rebate and the policy of seasonal differences marketing channel and built one of the Three Marketing Channel Mode.The marketing channel of MIDEA has become a model,but there exists many problems in its channels on the policy from the fundamental to the terminal and affects its further development.By improving marketing channels to optimize the status of the leader board,based on the future and make the enterprise continuous improvement and development.
