It is the room which you can study in.
注意,这里 in which = where,如果改用where,则变成
It is the room where you can study.

没有错。但是如果把介词in提到前面就只能用which了
“It's the room in which you can study.”因为在定语从句中不能用
介词+that

没有问题。句中的that换成which也可以，因为先行词the room是物~
但是如果把介词In放到room后面，那么只能用which。
句子就变成it's the room in which you can study。
再转换一下，介词+关系代词可以用关系副词来替换，
也就是in which=where。
所以句子还可以改为it's the room ...
