A.spending B .spent C.spends D.to spend
答案为什么是A不是D阿?不是说the only ,the first,the last这种词后要加不定式的吗?

哈,这种就是语感问题拉
这里想表达的是持续花了10年,如果硬要改成TO 的话就变成10年前那个时间点发生的事拉
这样子理解可以不?

所以说英语不是那么局限肯定的，你说的是片面
首先把空格连同后面的所有去掉已经是完整的句子
后面是补充句
a 相当于who spends
这是什么从句来着我忘了

spending=which spends.分词做定语。我记得the first,the second,the last....之类后用不定式，因为有序数词出现，好像没听说the only也这样用，你确定自己没记搓错？你体会一下
He was the last one to go.
不过这也说明语感很重要哦
