被动一般不都是be+ed...第一题不应该是be held吗？
过去分词可以作状语，实际上是状语从句的省略，也就是magazines后面省略了be动词，相当于and magazines were held,这是一种简化从句的表达，是句子更加精炼。这种情况还很多的。 例如：Tired to the tree, I could not move. 我与tired的关系就是被动，省略了be动词。
