Hi.I bought a MP3 from your shop on 10th April.After I came home,i tried to download some music on it,but it didn't work.So i went to your shop ,asked the shop assistant if I could get my money back and he refused.I think it's so unfair for me and I will appreciate if you can manage to let me get my money back.
