Lee不能拒绝Dee接受报价.因为之间在Lee给Dee的报价中提到“11月27日前答复,该报价有效.” 无论市场价格如果变化,只要Dee在11月27日前答复接受或是拒绝CIF伦敦每箱500美元都是合理的.
Lee couldn't reject Dee's acceptance.Because Lee offer the sell good to Dee with the promise that"offer valid if reply here 11/27",so any reply concerning USD500 per case CIF London from Dee is reasonable before 11/27,no matter whether the market price go over or down.
