when i heard about that you eat junkfood like crazy i am very worry about your heath.
beacuse junkfood has too many calories to digest.
it is terrible for heath,and it is easy to make people fat .
i suggest you give up eating junkfood,instead of raw vegetable and fried dishes .it can make you silm and longevous.
But if you can‘t stop eating junkfood quickly ,you should do more exercise to keep fat.i believe you are able to do that gradually.
i wish you will have a fine life with balance diet.
