英语数字表达问题14300：fourteen thousand three hundred,这么表达对吗?要不要加s10

14,300:fourteen thousand (and) three hundred 你的表达是对的,and 可省略；
10,000：ten thousand
在确切的数字中,hundred,thousand 等都不加s,英语中的约定俗成而已.
模糊的数字短语中（后面跟of时）,hundred,thousand,million等要加s,如：
