How are you?It's been a long time since we last spoke.I need to ask you a favor .
I'm moving to london to finish my degree I need a place to stay in near the town center .As you know ,I haven't much money so I don't mind if it is far but connected to the center by bus or by train.Can you heip me look for a house?Let me know if you find something .thanks in advance.

Dear Peter,
I'm glad to receive your letter. I have found two places for you. One is a small house and one is a flat. The small one is on the edge of the town. It's 50 years old, but there is a quiet area, not any nosiy area. And it's near bus stop, although it's small. The big one is near town center, but there is too much noisy area, and it's near train and bus station. It's about 5 years old and modern. I want to know which you like better. Please write to me soon. I could rent it for you as soon as possible.
