第一句ok.第二句应该是这样的：You can always depend on him to raise the suggestions for increasing sales.( 语法结构是depend on sb.to do sth.)

第一句没什么问题，第二句我觉得中文本身就存在语法错误，信赖是谓语，那么它的宾语是什么呢？是他？还是他提出的意见？还是他会提出意见这件事情？所以这就存在歧义了……
