英文中分句间都有什么语法规矩

举个例子来说明吧

这题其实很容易的.第二个逗点前的部份是后面分句的同位词组,分句主语必须和这个同位词组相同.词组说 a shy,religious-minded publisher,所以后面分句的主语必须是人,而 D 是唯一符合这个条件的选择.（这个才是真正的语法规矩.）
