现在完成时所对应的时间是现在,而不是过去.不能说The patient has died when the doctor arrived.

请问是否可以这样子理截止到现在的时间，病人刚刚死了，使用现在完成。而病人已经死了，事后我们讨论，使用过去完成时？

根本就没有现在完成时态来描述这个句子的形式。
