1 keep+表示状态的 形容词/副词/动名词/过去分词
当表示被动状态的时候 用过去分词
而这个题目中 traffic应该是主动地运转 所以要用表示主动的 现在分词
2 C allow+to do 因为后面是 by others 被动 所以是to be done形式
3 B 这个是虚拟 would rather+从句 结尾for the time being"暂且"表现在 所以动词用过去式表虚拟语气
4 B if引导的条件句 表示与 将来 事实可能相反的时候 有以下情况
