Make food by yourself
Salad looks like a very healthy food.However,salad in restaurant with salad dressing sauce,bread and butter,they are no longer healthy anymore.I am very sure that,you must make your own food if you want to know what you are really eaten.You should pay much more attention on how much salts and sugar you had eaten,and how much fat you put into your body.
2. Don’t use your cellphone every time
You use too much time to send and received massages and refresh the community website,and sometimes you are like “body here and heart absent”,because your eyes on the phone.Recently,I had did somthing that is very embarrassed,I looked at the e-mail which is related to my work from very beginning to the end,when I was having dinner with my friend,and when I looked up to my friend,I found he/she was waiting me to finish the “engagement”with my phone.Playing cellphone when having dinner with friend will not only disturbs your friend,but it also considered a very rude and misbehavior.So it’s time to putdown your cellphone.
At the end I want to say,inspite of that,we should also do more exercise,drink more water,eat less sugar and don’t worry too much!Thanks for listening,let’s start do it from now.
