hate后接动词不定式或动名词有区别吗?

跟like doing sth,和like to do sth.的区别是一样的.
hate to do sth,表示某一次具体的行为,而hate doing sth,表示一种抽象性的,或是习惯性的,经常性的.如：
I like swimming,but I don't like to swim tomorrow.我喜欢游泳,但我不想明天去游泳.
To tell you the truth,I hate to do it.
老实告诉你,我不愿意做这事.
I hate washing dishes.
我讨厌洗盘子.hate to do something表示讨厌将要去做的事,如妈妈让你写作业,你说I hate to do homework.
hate doing something表示讨厌一直做的事,比如你从小不爱学习,自我介绍时可说I hate doing homework.
