绝对不能用after ,after是用于过去试的,要用in,用于将来时

虽然in three days也有表示“（一段时间）以后”的用法，但也可以表示在三天以内的意思，容易引起误会，这样就和你要表达的意思可能有冲突，也就是说in three days可能是你说话后的第一天，也可能是第二天你就去了。
after用在过去时比较多，其后既可接时间点，又可接时间段。但是，如果after用于一般将来时，那么其后应接时间点
