Sir, DDMMMYYYY = is the day, month and year, i.e. 03 Sep 2013 You must let me know what do you want to say, a simple thank you letter - you need to say only the event, time/date, and for this case, it is monthly affair. Do you know the agenda? If so, put in the agenda and how it was successfully conducted. Example: Dear friends/members of the club On behalf of the organizing committee, I wish to exent my heartfelt graditude to all the participants in our monthly trendy club meeting which was conducted on 01 Sep 2013 from 7-9pm at our Club house. XXX city xxx province etc. During the meeting there were lots of activities and interactions which contributed to this event and without your active supports and participation, this event wouldn't fruitful. One special thanks to Mr XXX/Ms YYY for his/her valued feedback, we will look into it and to make the club more interesting and cohesive. Again, thank you Best regard YOU NAME
