三个中只有 insist on doing 是对的.
insist on doing sth,= 坚持做某事
例句：
The old man insisted on completing the marathon,even though he was exhausted.
老人坚持完成马拉松,即使他已经精疲力竭了.

1、意思是“坚持要”表示命令、要求，其后之宾语从句要用虚拟式动词原形
或者“should + 动词原形”
例句：
I insist that you (should) be present.
They insisted that she (should) be invited.
