老师说的对,这里不能用the,因为first在这里是做副词,修饰comes的.first做副词时,不用the.first可以看做副词的最高级,我们知道,副词的最高级是不用the的.楼主的句子还可以改为：Lily is always the first to come to school in the class.这时,first是名词=the first one,特指“第一个人”,就要带the了.
