我查了一下牛津,see被动用法有下面两种：
1.[VN -ing] She was seen running away from the scene of the crime.
有人看见她从犯罪现场跑开.（表明她被看到的时候正在跑）
2.[VN to inf] He was seen to enter the building about the time the crime was committed.
有人看见他约在案发时进入了该建筑物.（表明他被看到做过“进入”这个动作,而不强调正在进入）
所以 she was seen cleaning in the room.只有这句是对的.一三两种表达不正确
PS：抱歉,之前我弄错了,clean可以做不及物动词,表示清洁工作,比如这句也是字典里原句：I spent all day cooking and cleaning.

赞成三楼，第一第二句一样的，cleaning the room(clean后面应该接个宾语)。第三句应该是She was seen cleaning the room

头两个好像一样的吧？都对
最后一个不对

改成被动语态应该是
She was seen cleaning in the room.

第三句如果是用被动则应把seen改saw而且to后接原形不用ing
