There's so much to learn about China that I am not sure where to begin这句话里so...that不是本来就表示太什么而不能吗?为什么从句中还加not

so that是如此.以致于的意思,too to才是太而不能.
would在这里不是过去将来时,而是一个情态动词,表示愿意,more than是加强程度,译为“非常”

但这一般都是和not连用是才有的意思
你可以找一些有关的例句就会发现这一点
