but 是一个并列连词 前后的成分是等同的，也就是说要填的词和a strict teacher是等同的，必须都是泛指意义的词(one)，而不是带定冠词的特指意义的词(the one)
这个one也就可以等同于a teacher，这句话也可等同于she is a strict teacher, but a teacher all her students show respect for....
