为什么及物动词allot后面要了介词to?
The seats are allotted to the candidates who have won the most votes.
If something is allotted to someone,it is given to them as their share.

因为用的是被动语态,宾语变了主语了.
allot sth.to someone.
变成被动就是
sth.be alloted to someone.
就好比：be allowed to do sth.
allow sb.to do sth.

这里的alloted是过去分词作后置定语修饰the time的 相当于allot的宾语是the time 后面的to us只是表示方向而已。 表示“分配给我们的时间”
