首先排除AC 这我就不用说了吧（如果用了根本就不成句,不符合英语基本类型）
那么为什么选D
首先看真正的宾语是什么?
应当是to keep readingEnlish every morning
而英语中由于句子过长充当宾语就要用形式宾语来代替它就用it
而形式主语呢就用it's（is在不同句子中也不一样）
