第一题因为跟的是silly mistakes,是名词短语,所以用What。你可以把原句转变成 I have made silly mistakes.silly mistakes用what指代。第二题同理,sth. is actually going on,用what来指代sth.
第三题CD选项肯定排除,因为前面没特指,所以不用the(这点不是很确定)。
第四题这是个定语从句吧,t...

1我所犯的多么愚蠢的错误,这是一个感叹句做recognize的宾语从句。what + 形容词+不可数名词/可数名词复数+主语+谓语!mistakes 是复数所以用what
2这是一个定语从句,先行词idea 是物,关系词可以用that 或which,但idea前面有any ,much 等单词时,就只能用that.
3who 引导的定语从句前面缺少先行词,而且是代替前面的亲戚,用on...
