In this paper,rice amylose structure,physical and chemical properties and the relationship between eating quality of rice,rice with low amylose content QTL studies related to genetic research,molecular marker-assisted selection of the progress of research are reviewed and made the future of rice amylose content of the strategy and to improve research.
