Company 某公司名称 a legal entity duly registered in accordance with the laws of CHINA,represented by Director 我老板名字,hereinafter referred to as the SELLER,on the one hand,and SENUKU PREKYBOS CENTRAS UAB,a legal entity duly registered in accordance with the laws of Lithuania,represented by its Commercial Director NERIJUS GUŽAUSKAS,hereinafter referred to as the BUYER,on the other hand,have agreed on the following:
1.To add the Clauses to the Contract No.2005/NG/242 :
9.3 The SELLER grants the BUYER a discount of 2% from the sum of each Invoice for covering costs,related to advertising and promotion of the SELLER’s goods arranged by the BUYER.
9.4 The SELLER grants the BUYER a discount of 1% from the sum of each Invoice for covering the spoilage of the SELLER’s goods arranged by the BUYER.
The Present Annex is an integral part of the Contract No.2005/NG/242 and is valid till the next written agreement on this point.
