既然说的是定从 那么就是有两套主谓语咯
The guy who have helped a lot of people is sitting on the bench .
主句主谓宾是：the guy, is sitting ,on the bench
从句主谓宾是: who 指代the guy,have helped, a lot of people

首先要知道: 定语从句-- 就是接在名词后面的句子.
例如. I still remember the (first time) [I met her].
( ) 里的就是先行词.也就是被修饰的名词.[ ] 里的就是用来修饰先行词的从句.
i met her. 分别就是: 主语, 谓语, 宾语.
