双核金属配合物作为金淑酶的模型化合物正引起人们的极大兴趣,因为生物体系中金属蛋白的生物功能被认为与双金属中心有关.双核大环配合物被广泛用来作为模型配合物,去研究和模拟这些金属蛋白的结构与功能.2,6-二甲酰基对甲基苯酚是合成大环双核配合物的重要原料之一.而2,6-羟甲酰基的制备需要先以对甲酚、甲醛等为原料,先合成2,6-二羟甲基对甲基苯酚,然后在氧化剂的作用下,制得2,6-二甲酰基对甲基苯酚.
本文以对甲酚、甲醛等为原料,合成2,6-二羟甲基对甲基苯酚,采用荧光光谱和紫外光谱两种分析方法对其进行了结构表征并测定其纯度.本文对2,6-二羟甲基对甲基苯酚的研究对2,6-二甲酰基对甲基苯酚的制备起到重要作用,进而对合成大环双核配合物也有着重大作用和意义.

In this paper, the 2, 6-second hydroxyl of methyl of phenol was to 2, 6-second to the preparation of phenol acyl was to play an important role, and then for the synthesis of large ring dual-core complexes also plays a major role and significance.
