Many people like to write and communicate in a special form of writings on line,sometimes in Chiness and sometimes in English.I think it is ok when it is used between friends or on line.As long as it is not official,it is more vivid than formal writings.But,when it comes to the official occasions,I would prefer normal writings.Do not use a mixture of English and Chinese,because it will appear to be informal or not serious.
