It is important to keep healthy.We should have heathy diets,such as,eating enough fruit and vegetables every day.Don't eat junk food and eat leass meat.Drink milk every day.Besides,we should go to bed and get up early.We should stay up too late because eight-hour sleep is very important.What's more,we should do exercise every day.Such as,playing table tennis and basketball,walking and jogging,running and so on.Doing sports can make us strong and healthy.
