Why do you think resolutions may be difficult to keep?

firstly,not everybody like to keep resolution due to many so called reasonable factors:it is not easy to operate; someone is special and doesn't need to obey the regulation; situation is different; something need to deal with more flexible.etc.
secondly,managers in a group are the most common people who like to break the resolutions,they don't like to obey it more than common staff,but nobody except them can control them.
the third,once the condition has been changed,the resolutions are not necessary to exist.
that is why teh resolutions may be difficult to keep.

Because of the temptations around us. I had a plan to go to bed at 10:00 every night, but because I wanted to watch TV or just don't feel like going, it only lasted about a week.

That's a question.I guess the majority of people used to make resolutions.To be honest,it's one kind of legacy from failure to keep one resolution.In fact,it's rather hard to keep one than to make one...
