Refresh your glass是不对的,refresh是续杯的意思,但是用在这里表达不对.
地道的说法有：
Make it two.再来一杯.或者Make that a double, please. 这里的make既简单又生动.
Let's go bar-hopping.咱们再喝一轮.
Let's drink till we drop.让我们一醉方休.
Let's bottom up.让我们干掉.
you really disappoint me意思是:你让我失望了.

一般没有直接让人家喝酒的吧，都是聊聊什么，然后说一个cheers，就喝了啊。我给老外讲了个故事，说我家乡的习俗是，如果cheers时候两个人的杯子碰到了一起，就要把酒都喝掉。之后就尽量跟他碰杯。
不过这招碰到能喝的他就跟你碰，不能喝的他就不跟你碰，不一定都好使。...
