C.首先A是肯定不行的,这样就会造成主语的混乱（到底是Crazy English 是主语还是20million students ）.这个应该是个定语从句.也就是20million students all over china who attend the class ,省略who后自然要变成动名词啦.不可能是B吧,attend是参加的意思,怎么可能是被动的呢?

如果选B,这种形态是表被动的,在这里用这种是不对的.
C表示,现在正在参加这些课程的学生
D是要参加课程的学生
A呢更不对了,就有两个动词啊~!
