the batch was created in MSC1N or was created automatically in Transfer Posting.Now these batch will be listed in batch field when I changed the material's batch in VL02N(change DO's data).After some time,these batch won't be used again.I checked the DF flag in MSC2N.but it still be listed in batch field.so,my question is :how to remove the batch complete from user's eyes?

Hi there.If your question is only take the batches off the user's eyes as you said, you just have to determine exactly which is the search help used by the users and change it to ignore batches marked for deletion. The collective search help usually used for batches is 'MCH1'. Nevertheless, you must consider this is considered a change to the standard system.Other solution, which is the most correct but it takes a little bit more time to achieve is to mark the batches for deletion and the carry out reorganization for batches - archive and delete batches (transaction MM74).Hope this helps you.Nuno Dion?-sio
