老板：Sure,what have you lined up for me?
秘书：Okay,tomorrow after you get off the plane you must first check in at the hotel I booked.It's very close to Mr.Smith's office.Give him a call and he'll pick you up to take you to lunch.After that I have you booked with Mr.Jones at his office around 2:30.
老板：Wait,don't you think that's a little too early?I might get caught in traffic going across town for that meeting.Why don't you call and ask Mr.Jones to change that to 3:00 to be safe.
秘书：Sure I'll do that.He probably would mind the delay anyway,since you're taking him out to dinner.I made a reservation of that Italian Restaurant,the same one you guys went last time,is that all right?
老板：You know what,why don't we change to the Chinese Restaurant across the street.I remember Mr.Jones mentioned how much he enjoyed it last time we met.
秘书：Sure,as you wish.Now,the day after tomorrow there is hardly anything that we can change.You're gonna spend the whole day in the Board meeting with everybody else,and catch the 5:30 flight to fly back right afterwards.
老板：So be it,then.I'll call you if I need anything else.Thanks!Great job.
