as意思是作为的时候,后面可以接形容词吗
celtic and teutonic tribes honored these plants at their winter solstice as( symbolic )for eternal lives.
我怎么觉得应该把symbolic改成symbol呢,作为后面不是应该加名词吗?

这样，你就跳出了as后面为什么加形容词的泥潭了
其实就是 symbolic )for eternal lives.
或symbolic eternal livessymbolic of eternal lives 这个词组看起来不怪吗？再换个角度 it is symbolic of ... it is ...
